Is it about the size of the plate? Is it about the amount of green vs. meats/starches? Is it about the amount of meals you eat each day? Does it matter how much you drink, how much you juice or how much solid food you consume? What is PORTION CONTROL anyway?
My thought, it all boils down to discipline. You cannot enact any of the “principles” above without first seeking to have a disciplined life. It’s been from discipline that I have been able to “watch” what I eat, and say no when it was necessary, eating out less, forcing ourselves to prepare food at home, and as a result see the success that I have experienced!
Seek discipline in life (with your health and other arenas as well) and I believe that you will find it much more easy to control your portion, respect your stomach, and see the results you so long to see!
